Right then… this weekend we’re firing up the smokers properly.

🔥 AMERICAN BBQ WEEKEND 🔥

We’re changing things up this weekend and going properly low & slow…

Smoked brisket, sticky pork belly burnt ends, BBQ ribs, Alabama chicken, jalapeño & cheese sausage, loaded smoked jackets, mac & cheese, pit beans, cornbread and plenty more.

And if you’re hungry…

THE PITMASTER SHARING FEAST —
Five smoked meats, jackets, mac & cheese, pit beans, slaw, corn, pickles, cornbread and sauces.

We’ve even got peach cobbler, banana pudding and vegan Oreo chocolate cake waiting at the end. 👀

This is a one-weekend menu and we’re only prepping limited quantities of everything.

Spanish mustard and paprika marinated chicken thighs & diced chorizo topped paella, lemon marinated feta, slow cooked tomatoes, grilled lemons and mint yoghurt dressing… bringing the Spanish heat in a dark depressing evening…
