It's time to celebrate one of our very special café cats! 🐾 Freebes is turning ONE on the 23rd of September, and we want you to come and help us celebrate his big day on Tuesday the 22nd!

We’ll be celebrating throughout our opening hours:

📢VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT - SEPTEMBER 📢

We're continuing our volunteer recruitment at Jackson's Rescue Cat Café, and we'd love to welcome some new faces to the team!

We currently have two volunteer roles available:
🐈‍⬛ Cat Carer
☕ Front of House / Server
You can apply to be trained in both roles if you'd like!

💛 We are especially looking for Cat Carers who are available for our morning shifts, starting at 9:00am. These volunteers are essential in helping us prepare the café for the day by feeding our rescue cats, cleaning their areas, refreshing litter trays, completing daily welfare records, and making sure everyone is happy, healthy and ready to greet our visitors.

Our Front of House volunteers help with:
☕ Greeting and seating customers
🥤 Making drinks and serving food
🧽 Clearing tables, washing up and keeping the café looking its best

📍 All sessions are held at Jackson's Rescue Cat Café, 46 Market Street, Hoylake.

✅ You must be 18 or over to volunteer.
✅ Full training is provided.
✅ You only need to attend one recruitment session, where you'll meet the team, learn about both roles, and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
✅ There's no need to book – simply come along!

🚆 We're easy to reach by train and bus, with nearby street parking and a public car park just a short walk away.

Join us at Jackson's Rescue Cat Cafe for our September Art Club, where this month we’ll be creating something beautiful with a botanical twist! 🌿🌸

We'll be using leaves, flowers and botanical designs to decorate a cat silhouette, creating your very own unique piece of artwork to take home. 🌿🎨

📅 Monday 14th September
⏰ 7pm – 9pm
💷 £15 per person
🎨 All materials provided

Whether you're an experienced artist or someone who hasn't picked up a paintbrush since school, everyone is welcome! Our Art Club is all about relaxing, getting creative and having a lovely evening surrounded by rescue cats. 🐈‍⬛💕

Today is a VERY special day at Jackson’s Rescue Cat Cafe because our gorgeous rescue Sphynx superstar Kruger is officially ONE! 🥳🐾❤️

If you've visited the café, there's a good chance you've already met Kruger — and if you have, you'll know that he certainly knows how to make himself the centre of attention! 😂⭐

As one of the biggest stars of the café, we couldn't let his first birthday pass without a BIG celebration!
