It's never too hot for coffee.... Just gotta mix it up a bit! Here's our favourite iced coffee recipe for you all to enjoy!..

- Prepare an espresso and mix whilst hot with two spoons of sugar to dissolve.
- Pour over cold milk and ice
- Mix well & enjoy!

We're lucky enough to be exploring one of our favourite coffee origins this week - Brazil.
Today we sampled a fantastic coffee roasted by 4 Beans roastery and brewed at The Slow Bakery, Rio De Janeiro.
The coffee was grown in Minas region of Brazil and is slowly fermented prior to roasting - much like our current Brazilian offering!

Everyone loves a dark roast from time to time, but we definitely took this one a little too far! When the precious coffee oils move from the inside to the outside of the coffee bean - creating that shiny appearance - the coffee takes on much darker 'roastier' flavours commonly associated with espressos.

We love experimenting with all flavours, not just coffee, and with elderflower and roses in bloom all across the country...
