We’ve finally got back to brewing. We bought some malt, quite a lot of malt, and have already brewed Bezel twice - it will be tapped next week and will be also available at the campaignforrealale Sussex beer festival at the Bluebell Railway. We have also brewed the Chocolate Hazelnut Pendulum Porter, voted beer of the festival at Lewes in June, and will have Old Timer ready for October! We expect more of our own beers all the time as our head brewer will have more time on his hands! 😉

ANNOUNCEMENT! Apparently, there’s a football match on tomorrow (Wednesday) and as such we’ll be open 4-8pm instead of our usual 5-9pm for some pre-match hydration. Morris dancing has also been postponed until a later date. COME ON ENGLAND!!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Over the last couple of months we’ve been helping the guys from aminolager to brew the first batch of their hazy protein lager and they’re are launching it with us on Friday and over the weekend. It’s been an interesting project and the end product is tasting great. Come along and give it a try, especially if you’re going to be in the gym this weekend 💪🍺. It’s Brighton Beak Week! We’ve got some fabulous beers from our friends over BEAK including Lulla Pale, a 3.4% session beer in cask. Also pouring will be Pier, a 5% hazy IPA, which was brewed especially for this week. We were lucky enough to be invited over to the brewery last month for the brew day and we’d like to thank the team for their wonderful hospitality! Make sure you pop in and join in the fun!
