We’ve got an extra special release coffee through August. We’ll be brewing it in the shop as a pourover and selling retail bags of it too. It will also feature on our brew bar slot on Sunday afternoon at Brighton Coffee Festival ®

It’s a naturally processed ombligon varietal from Colombia produced by one of the leaders in experimental processing - Nestor Lasso.

We think it tastes like chocolate and sweets with blood orange acidity, which is why we think it pays homage to the divisive Razzle pic’n’mix, which will be served along side a pourover when ordered in the shop!

Grab Razzle Dazzle now, and it’s also available to order in the website as beans for the next few weeks. Not one to miss!

Our best selling coffee on our monthly reports tends to be a latte, but for the first time this year it’s flipped to the Flat White for May…

May brings us a load of beans for you guys to enjoy.

We’ve got their ‘Caramel Curd’ on pourover which is a butter co-ferment from China which quite literally tastes of toffee popcorn. It’s quite extraordinary. Serving in the shop for those wanting something ‘other worldly’.

We’ve got boxes of it on retail too, as well as a Rosado (Steve’s favourite) named Solero Strawb. Home brewers need to try these beans, but if you don’t brew at home then talk to the team and we’ll happily serve you some x
