Phewww... I had a very busy weekend everyone. Just emerge so you know I’m here... cooking away 😅. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received so far. I’m still trying to focus on every order to deliver the most authentic experience to every single dish on this menu, rain or shine 😅 That’s the spirit, right?

My husband said: “You should include this dish on the menu”

My eyes rolled: “Really ???!!! 😳

Because it’s such a familiar dish in many Asian takeaway business. However, I figured, to us, this dish is different.

First, we’re not exactly a takeaway business. I am a mum who loves cooking for her family and along with this COVID, I thought it is the right time to offer her food online. “Good food offers some sort of magic healing to the body and soul” - I believe ☺️. So that will explain why we don’t have a 3 pages menu. While it looks familiar, this dish and others on the menu consistently appeared on our dining table too 🙂 The kids can now guess what dish I’m cooking based on the smell. Such a hard life 😅

Second, the ingredients. Nothing fancy: beef, pak choi, other Asian greens and herbs, and the noodle. However, I am pretty sure it is not to be found anywhere else. The cut of the beef 🥩 (sorry not Wagyu yet but equally interesting), the type of noodle are a bit of a treat. Mango even requested for her birthday ☺️

And yes, I can totally make this vegan too. One of a few dishes I can cook that taste super yummy without meat.
£7 / beef option or £6.50/ veg option.

By the way, it’s named Stir Fried Noodle 😎
