"This is up in my top 3 Pubs... And I've been to a lot!!! Popped to this pub for a b**r and dinner as it was mid distance between friends. The staff were absolutely delightful. Very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Excellent speedy service. The food was also totally fantastic. Wonderful flavors, perfect potion sizes and good value. Definitely one to visit and we will be going back again. In a time when a fair few surrey pubs are below par but charge extortionate prices purely because of their location and market, the Boars head is a breath of fresh air" TripAdvisor - May 2026
