Today is a very sad day as we say goodbye to our lovely Teresa. 💕

Teresa has been such a special part of The Coot, and so many of you will know her for her incredible homemade cakes – especially her famous Victoria sponge, which has brought smiles to so many faces over the years. 🍰❤️

We want to say a huge thank you for all of your hard work, kindness, and dedication. You will be greatly missed by all of us, and it certainly won’t be the same without you.

We wish you every happiness and success in your next chapter. Good luck, Teresa – don’t be a stranger, and remember you’ll always have a place at The Coot.
