✨Thank you May - you were fabulous ✨

1. Busy month! We prep most things in house so it meant early starts and late finishes! 😀

2. Our new terrace was finished in time for the first May BH weekend which lots of you have been enjoying and soaking up the views 🌳

3. We were featured in this wonderful Peak District guide - you can buy copies in the cafe!

4. Chef Graham Mitchell kickstarted his new culinary venture
- guests were blown away with his talented cooking and it was a lovely evening ❤️

5. Our amazing team pulled together when we had some team sickness and even roped in her family to help! Their great spirit shows in the wonderful reviews we receive about service and friendliness - thank you 🙏

6. Not cafe related, but how amazing our my foxgloves and roses! I can’t stop looking at them or taking pictures 🥀

It was the lovely Elaine’s birthday yesterday and she worked all day and again today! Thank you ❤️

We made our radio debut this morning talking everything Hope! Paulette and I discussed walks, wild swimming and the wonderful community spirit in Hope. Smith Street Coffee Roasters Mettrick's Butchers and The Welbeck Bakehouse even got a mention.

✨Hopper terrace has had a massive glow up! ✨

Thanks to Chris and Paul we now gorgeous views and a beautiful vista.

Please bear with us in the next couple of weeks while we add new seating AND bike storage. The hanging bike hooks have come off and Sheffield stands are being installed at the front and back 🙌🙌

Next week, the team are moving in to re rendering the side of the building and repairing the front.

Finally matcha has come to Hope 🎉🙌

Sorry it’s taken so long but in the next few weeks, we’ll be experimenting with different flavours and combos!

For now we have matcha, iced raspberry blondie and iced blueberry ☀️
