There is something special about cooking over fire 🔥 For the next chapter in our Taste Of series, our chefs will be harnessing the power of our OFYR UK 🇬🇧 grill to create a menu packed with smoke, char and flavour.

From shell-on scallops with charred fennel butter and smoky lamb kebabs to rich tonkatsu pork belly and sweet fire-roasted pineapple, each course celebrates a different aspect of cooking over flame.

Summer and rosé go hand in hand and we’re pouring plenty of it.

Join us in the garden this Saturday (27th) as Maison Saint Aix - AIX Rosé & AIX White takes over - their iconic AIX Defender will be parked up and pouring wine from 12 - 5pm.

Enjoy live music from 12 - 4pm, garden bites from our OFYR UK 🇬🇧 barbecue, and a slice of the Riviera in Hampshire.
