WELL, that means you’ve had Kimberley’s very own home grown Courgettes! That’s right, Kimberley not only bakes 🍰 and serves on the restaurant floor ☕️ she also is a dab hand at gardening 👩‍🌾

Wow!

This week has been a scorcher ☀️

Thank you for everyone who’s popped in and been patient with us ☕️

The kitchen reached 48 degrees yesterday so we have limited some of our menu and will keep a close eye on temperatures to close etc. Our team have been amazing but we’d like to keep them in one piece!

We do allow dogs but aren’t recommending you bring them as they’re only allowed outside and we have very limited shade 🐶

Wowee, what an unbelievable week at Horse Trials. We took the restaurant on the road AND had the honour of catering for the Sponsors.

We are extremely lucky to have the most amazing team working with us and while the restaurant at the Centre was equally as busy, both teams did us so proud.

The food as always was incredible and we even saw the return of some old faces helping us out

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy, family-run restaurant, serving high-quality traditional and international dishes prepared fresh in-house 👨🏼‍🍳 👩‍🍳 🍲

The ideal candidate will:

⭐️ Take pride in their work and care about maintaining a high-standard kitchen
⭐️ Have at least 1 year’s experience in a chef role
⭐️ Be confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
⭐️ Have excellent presentation and communication skills with both guests and team members
⭐️ Be passionate about fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce
⭐️ Be organised, flexible, and able to work well under pressure
⭐️ Bring a positive attitude and contribute to a fun, supportive team environment
⭐️ Have strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cooking

🕰️ Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
🍴 Occasional evening functions and outside catering required.

Benefits:
🎄 Starting from 25 days holiday (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day)
📑 Full-time, permanent position 5 days a week including weekend days
