A Little Note From Us

Due to our reduced kitchen team, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the restaurant on Mondays and Tuesdays.

This allows our kitchen team to focus on providing the quality of food and service you expect from us throughout the rest of the week.

The bar will remain open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2-10pm, so you can still pop in and enjoy a drink with us.

The restaurant will also be open on Bank Holiday Mondays.

We’re delighted to introduce our Devon Cream Teas, available all day, every day at The Greyhound Country Inn.

Choose from freshly baked fruit or plain scones, West Country clotted cream, strawberry jam and your choice of tea or coffee, all served in the relaxing surroundings of our country inn.

Whether you’re stopping by after a walk, catching up with friends or simply treating yourself, we’d love to welcome you.

☀️ Kitchen Update – Today ☀️

Due to today’s exceptionally high temperatures, we will not be serving food between 2:30pm and 5:00pm.

This will give our chefs the opportunity to cool down, rehydrate, and bring the kitchen temperature back to a safe working level during the hottest part of the day.

Our bar will remain open as normal, and we’ll be serving our full food menu again from 5:30pm.
