Following her time training with Michelin Starred chef Paul Rankin, Colleen decided to open in Holywood to explore her own culinary ideas. Fontana has built up a great reputation for the quality of the food and the service, the warmth of the welcome and the enjoyment of the fine wine selection. Bennetts is the sister cafe on the Belmont Road, serving great bistro food at cafe value.
