Having obtained an Advanced Sugarcraft certificate, Helen has entered her sugar flower displays into the Welsh International C
ulinary Championship two years running where both displays fought off strong competition to win Best in Class each year, with the first being awarded a silver medal and the second a prestigious gold medal. Her second display also gave Helen the title of Cake Cymru Champion 2012 which is awarded by the judging body across all cake categories in recognition of outstanding culinary achievement. Hallmark Cakes prides itself on providing freshly made cakes in a variety of delicious flavours, adorned with decorations made completely by hand.
