Epic night theanchorinn.morston - sooooo many happy people and local faces (along with fabulous new folk who chanced on a proper knees up!!!) all fully entertained by the amazing Jack Daniel who played for us ALL night. It’s a sad week for the pub!! We have signed Gaia off the rota as she leaves for pastures new. We have absolutely LOVED Gaia being with us - it was Harry and Gaia’s expertise right from the very start!!! Her knowledge and experience helped set the Anchor on its path, and we have been extremely lucky to have not just a reliable and capable member of staff, but a lovely, helpful, kind friend on board for the journey. Thank you Gaia, and good luck in your new job (no more evening shifts!❤️). We will definitely miss you - and look forward to you popping in to visit!! Xx❤️⚓️❤️

We just love The Sheringham Shantymen Official when they call at The Anchor Inn!!! They’ve been long time friends, beginning over 40 years ago when on their way home after a gig they would call in for a pint - and then stay for a (very late) sing song!!🎵 🎶 ⚓️. We remember loud raucous nights, with plenty of b**r and wh**ky!!! Many faces have changed over the years, but they are back!! - calling in on the 30th October - and although people don’t stay out late like they used to we can definitely offer a great sing song 🎵 🎶and plenty of b**r and wh**ky!!! 🍺🥃⚓️❤️
