And we’re back after a nice long weekend - but we return with a brand new treat!

For the first time ever (yes, it took us this long) we have a savoury option! We all know Frankie loves her cakes and sweet treats, but *apparently* we have to move with the times and demands of those that keep us here.

So today we are introducing a new player to the lineup - cheese scones!! Handmade and beautifully crumbly, they pair perfectly with an Americano, a latte, cappuccino or whatever your favourite tipple is! (Maybe not gin though.)

But be quick, Frankie only got a limited number for ‘assessment purposes’!!

Just a quick one to say we won’t be open today - Wednesday 29th of April - as Frankie is going to be motoring up to Dawlish and back helping a familiar face leave Holsworthy forever. Rude. Very rude.

Wow it’s late in the day for Frankie to be posting isn’t it?

But if you cast your minds back to Christmas, we had a selling table in the shop filled with goodies. Now one of our fabulous artists is having a sale - her pendants were very popular and this new collection is set to sell out fast! Check it out below before Frankie buys them all!!

It’s Monday again, and that means it’s coffee and cake time after a long weekend! And today’s cake is the ever-popular, forever-selling-out Battenberg!!

Come and try a slice before it disappears - it has a tendency to do that very quickly before even Frankie gets to try a slice. 😩

Oh man, it’s Monday again!!

Why not beat the new week/weather/general life blues by coming in to sample one of our customer favourite rock buns (guaranteed to be gone by the end of the day because Frankie will eat them if not) and a slightly Spring-inspired vanilla and blackcurrant cake 👀

You’ll have to act fast as once they’re gone they’re gone!! (Frankie learned this the hard way with the Great Brownie Shortage Riots of last week)

Hello hello hello everyone!

Just popping in here to apologise for this past week's odd opening times. It's been a bit of a 'play-by-ear' situation with medical appointments and getting The Big Man (my dad. Not God. Don't think God needs a car) to places while his back is still buggered.

I'm hoping next week will bring a better, more consistent week of opening times. Apologies again for keeping you all from being caffeinated!!

Wowowowow it’s Monday again huh??

Why not start the week off right with a slice of this (gluten and dairy free!) lemon and raspberry cake and a lovingly* crafted coffee at The Den!

We close at 2pm today as Frankie has a doctor’s appointment (which she hates) so come and grab some while you can!!

(*it probably wasn’t crafted with love. Frankie has a shrivelled dead heart that feels apathy at the very most.)
