Ceylon Breeze Takeaway Shop (located in Hoddesdon, EN11 8ET) is looking for a full-time staff member.
We prefer a male candidate who can cook Sri Lankan food.
Experience in preparing kottu and fried rice is required.
A Sri Lankan chef would be highly preferred.
You must be able to work from 11:00 AM until closing time.

I was very happy today because, a little while ago, Umara Sinhawansa, who is a very famous singer in Sri Lanka, came to my shop ( Ceylon Breeze) to eat. I highly admire her. It is a great honor for me to have met her in the Ceylon Breeze .
