The Town Fryer is a take-away fish and chip shop in the historic market town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire. Opened in 1996 we pride ourselves on great service and producing high quality food, cooked fresh to order. We are a family run business, we all live in Hitchin and are proud of our reputation in the town.
