Seco De Carne
New for this week but in limited numbers, Peru’s answer to the birria. Beef shin braised overnight in stock, herbs and spices until tender. Served with a green mojo sauce and roasted piquillo peppers

Vodka Parm,
Also new this week, Fried chicken breast with mozzarella, cut in half and served on a tray of vodka sauce and grated Parmesan.

Also on the board,
Nashville hot chicken remains
Philly cheese is back
And the Grilled Greek which we’ve had a few messages about, so couldn’t say no 😁

EXTRA WEEKEND SPECIALS

Two more specials for the weekend, one of which is long over due. Both available until sold out

1) Nashville Hot Chicken
Fried chicken breast dunked in a Nashville spiced oil, with a dirty Caesar slaw and house pickles
2) The Cuban
Aged beef Patty, Pecan smoked pork belly, mortadella, Swiss cheese & house pickles.

Both are belters 😊

WEEKLY SPECIALS

The first of our weekly specials are available from today until Saturday. We are working on a couple more bits for the weekend as well 😁. Look forward to coming up with some more of these “tray” burgers, and the subs seem to be going down quite well as well. Keep an eye out for the other but to start we have…

1) Chilli Cheese Oklahoma
Absolutely love an Oklahoma, this time we’ve gone with a pink pickled onion and chilli smash, which is sweet & spicy, all dipped in 6 cheese sauce, because cheese!!Cam is also the king of a cheese sauce!!! And brings me dirty chia lattes 🤟 P.S croquettes are available as a side all week!!

2) Gyros Sub
Everyone loves a gyros!! We’ve stuck ours baguette because why not. Chicken is marinated overnight in lemon, lime, oregano, confit garlic and more. Charred on the grilled then loaded up with halloumi, fries, tzatziki, onions chilli & salad. Great in all weather… even when the Uk turns into the Namib desert!!

Specials for this week

A small insight to our new menu which will be dropping in June. Probably the largest change we will have done in the 4 years since we moved in.

1) Peppercorn Dip - Our aged beef, paired a with 5 year old Cornish cheddar. Then a green peppercorn sauce for extreme dipping.
2) brined and deep fried chicken breast, our hot honey chilli crisp, house ranch with cucumber & chilli
3) Korean Beef Bulgogi - our aged beef, smashed and chopped with onion, Korean sauce & Asian pickles.

So pop in and give them a go, they will be changed next week for one of the 600 things going through me head 🙃

🥖 Saturday Lunch Special 🥖

We have two rather tasty specials on this afternoon, we’ve teams up with and created these. I think everyone knows the mastery of these baguettes!!! We’ve got two on today, limited numbers… once they are gone they are gone.

1) Philly cheese - quite well known, won’t go into it.

2) Masala grilled chicken, 24 hour marinaded chicken bread, grilled until charred and juicy….. and healthy lol this then has, mango chutney, lime buttermilk dressing, onion & cucumber salad… more health.

If only teams ups on The Boys had been this good 🦸‍♂️

​Inspired by the absolute legend Anthony Bourdain’s favourite sandwich, we’ve put our own spin on a classic. We’re talking proper mortadella, melted provolone, and a solid kick of Dijon mustard mayo, all stacked up for serious flavour.
