✨ One week ago, we said goodbye… for now. 🥂🔨

A week ago, our Brasserie closed its doors and the refurbishment began, marking the start of an exciting new chapter and a refreshed, stylish look for the restaurant. 🤍✨

Before the dust, paint and transformation began, our incredible team took a moment to say goodbye to some of the greatest memories made within these rooms; from serving our loyal guests, celebrating special occasions, sharing countless laughs, and creating moments that will stay with us long after the last table has been cleared. 🥂🍽️❤️

And what did the team get up to afterwards? ☀️ Some made the most of a rare August break, soaking up the sunshine and taking some well-deserved time to refresh and recharge. Others took their talents on the road, supporting some fantastic neighbouring sites, including Brasserie Blanc Bournemouth, The Potters Heron, The George and Dragon and The Black Horse. 💪🍻

It’s been a week of goodbyes, sunshine, teamwork and plenty of excitement for what’s to come… 👀✨

The next chapter is already underway. We can’t wait to welcome you back and show you what we’ve been working on. 🥂🤍
