We are on the lookout for fantastic local talent! We need a confident, chatty, and honest Duty Manager who know their way around a busy bar, are able to support the general manager and takes pride in their work.

⭐ 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 & 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒 ⭐
• Keep the venue running flawlessly by taking ownership of smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with management to crush targets, execute new ideas, and elevate the bar.
• Own the bar during our high-energy weekend shifts, keeping the drinks flowing and the team motivated.
• Cultivate the vibe and build genuine connections with our amazing regulars and ensure every guest leaves with a great story.
⏳️ Due to being a full time role, applicants must not have any other commitments, and be expected to work at least 40 hours a week.

⭐ 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐘𝐎𝐔 ⭐
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝: At least 1 year of managerial experience, within the hospitality industry, and be 18+ at the time of applying!
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞: Fully confident with opening up, closing down, and the duty of cashing up!
𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞: Able to use your initiative during quiet spells, but can easily handle the unpredictability of a packed, high-energy shift!
𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞: A stellar work ethic and top-tier customer service skills are an absolute must!
