Every care has been taken in selecting the finest ingredients to create a range of truly mouth watering dishes yet still keeping it's authentic flavours, but approached in a contemporary manner. Our goal is to raise standards in Indian Cuisine by incorporating nouveaux methods of cooking and presentation as well as utilising food not usually found in Indian Restaurants.
