The Paddle

A Unique Cafe – Bar – Eatery with a choice of great food, drink and barista standard freshly roasted and ground coffee. Our freshly baked cakes are available throughout the day. All the ingredients we use are sourced locally from a great range of suppliers. The Café style is relaxed and comfortable, the food is freshly prepared to order and all produced on the premises.

Our new menu lands tomorrow.

Eggs Benny is joining the main menu and will be available all week, with your choice of pulled ham hock, smoked salmon or spinach.

Along with a few new additions and our autumn specials, available from tomorrow at Highcliffe.

Pizza night is back at Highcliffe on Friday 18 September.

Freshly made pizzas, straight from the wood fired oven, with plenty of good drinks and a relaxed evening at The Paddle.

We only have a limited number of tables available, so early booking is recommended. Book through the link in our bio.

A little heads-up if you’re visiting us at Highcliffe.

There are currently roadworks at the corner of Waterford Road and Lymington Road, but we’re open as usual.

Parking near by is limited, so the easiest options are Wortley Road Car Park or the Cliff Top Car Park. We’ve put together a quick map to help, swipe across to see where they are.

Open daily from 8am–3.30pm, with food served until 2pm.

Happy birthday to our Head Chef, Adam!

He’s a huge part of The Paddle and works incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything running, while creating so much of the food you all enjoy.

One thing a lot of people don't realise...

There's a whole second dining room tucked away at the back of The Paddle 👀

If you've ever walked past, seen the front looking busy and assumed we were full, it's always worth stepping inside.

Same menu, same coffee, same atmosphere - just a little more space to settle in.
