Well tomorrow was supposed to be our last day but turns out it was tonight! Unless someone wants a Bloody Mary. Thank you to everyone that turned up and literally drank our bar dry.

I am sad to announce that this will be my last week here. The Stag will be closed between Friday 31st July and August 4th to transfer to new management. Wednesday and Thursday this week will be HALF PRICE drinks all day until I have no stock left. Come and drink us dry. And please excuse all the removal chaos going on around you.

My dear friend and regular customer Richie who lived in Flackwell for many years left us suddenly and unexpectedly earlier this month. Whatever pub you are in this week please raise a glass to this lovely man, great cricketer and amazing father and husband.
