•>🌶While we were closed we researched and introduced new levels of workplace hygiene introduced following Covid-19. We have fully trained our staff on these new standards, please learn below :

!•>🌶To Help Protect The Health & Safety Of Our Network & Customers:
We’ve introduced ‘contact-free delivery & collection on all orders’. Cash payments can still be taken should you wish to do so.
•>🌶If customers pay by card, the food needs to be delivered contact-free. •🌶For Cash Order Deliveries, we will need to minimise contact where possible. •All our drivers will wear mask and hand gloves, they will constantly hand sanitise and disinfectant spray & wipe all delivery boxes before and after every delivery!
•>🌶For COLLECTION ORDERS we will minimise contact for order pick up and payment. All our staff will will wear gloves,mask and constantly use hand sanitiser. We will constantly use disinfectant to wipe/clean all Service area surfaces, Door handles, Floors and use alcohol wipes on Card payment machines. We will maintain both staff and customers minimum government required social distancing.
•>🌶Customers may add additional notes for the delivery drivers via the phone or on our other ordering platforms. We will ensure that the delivery driver checks the customer comments on every order for any special requests or delivery instructions.
•>🌶🌶In order for orders to be delivered contact-free, our driver will :
••1. Ring the doorbell and leave the food outside the customer’s front door (or customer’s own flat door if in a multi-property building)
••2. Step back and wait for the food to be collected
••3. If the doorbell is not answered, driver will call to let the customer know the delivery has arrived.
•>CASH PAYMENTS can still be taken. Customers may still pay by cash. While it’s not possible to ensure a 100% contact-free cash payment, we kindly request that customers minimises contact by using an envelope (or similar) to make the monetary exchange with your delivery driver, keeping the government-recommended distance
•>If anything is unclear, driver will always call
the customer to clarify.
! We are constantly researching & following government advice, & we will immediately improve on any health, hygiene & safety aspects that needs to be implemented in all our food handing and services operations.
