A huge thank you to Alex and Lewis from High Peak Comps for their impromptu visit to Rose Cottage whilst enjoying a day in beautiful Castleton with those fabulous envelope hides.

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome you both and have a chat outside the café on such a gorgeous day. Sorry we weren’t on Facebook to be able to retrieve the envelope quicker for you.

Get into the festive spirit and create your very own beautiful Christmas wreath in a cosy and relaxed setting at Rose Cottage Café & Bistro, Castleton.

✨ £40 per person
�🍷 Includes mulled w**e & festive nibbles

Using a wonderful selection of seasonal foliage, berries, pine cones and festive decorations, you'll be guided through creating a stunning wreath to take home and proudly display this Christmas.

Welcome to the Art Trail by Rail! 🛤️

26 & 27 September (10am to 5pm)

Hope Valley Climate Action have 40 fantastic artists participating across 13 venues within walking distance of train stations between and . Artists will be showcasing their work, providing demonstrations, and delivering workshops and activities.

Leave the car at home and hop on and off at any of the participating stations, or explore the valley using the local bus services. It’s a brilliant way to enjoy the beauty of the valley at a gentler pace, cutting carbon while supporting local artists and small businesses along the route.
