Congratulations to David and Vanessa who were married on Saturday at the wonderful Mottram Hall Hotel in Cheshire .
They requested a “Lambeth Style” buttercream cake which I must admit was a challenge to decorate on the hottest day of the year so far - thankfully no meltdown!
Bottom tier was Courgette, lemon and Elderflower, middle tier Sticky toffee pudding and salted buttercream, top tier in rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache.
