Spicy N’duja & Butterbean Ragu piled onto thick grilled sourdough, topped with a perfectly poached free-range egg and finished with a drizzle of chilli oil.

The only acceptable way to deal with the runny yolk? Mop up every last bit with that sourdough. 😏🍳🍞
