Your local restaurants, pubs and cafes are quietly suffering under the weight of increasing taxation, utility bill increases, inflation and wages. They won’t make these anxieties public to the paying customer, they will just give the same welcoming smile and service every time you come in, until one day they suddenly close.
We can’t just keep absorbing increase after increase and we are ALWAYS reluctant to raise prices. The quickest way to balance out these increased costs is a reduction in VAT to fall in line with all other European countries.

Absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of people that sent their well wishes.
Mario’s funeral will be at Mountsett Crematorium @ 2.45pm Tuesday 3rd February. Following the service, the wake will be held at Santonio’s Restaurant in Hamsterley Mill. Cash donations on the day will be taken for Tynedale Hospice at Home.
