We focus on using fresh, soft, high-quality chicken and marinating it with ingredients that are not only full of flavour, but also good for you.

Hi everyone,

Our pizzas are made the way they should be — simple, honest, and full of flavour. The dough is crafted using just flour, yeast, salt, and water, with no oil or sugar, and left to mature for 72 hours for a lighter, easier-to-digest base. Our sauce is made from crushed tomatoes and sea salt only — no oils, no preservatives, no additives. We use 100% real mozzarella, with no added vegetable oils, unlike many cheeses on the market. One bite and you’ll taste the difference — over time, your body will feel it too, with significantly fewer calories than a typical pizza.
