Hey Folks, we are open today! Last orders about 1.15pm. We have cream of winter vegetable soup, asparagus tart and fresh mince pies from 10am on the specials board. We will be open from 9.15am. If we don't see you we hope you have a lovely Christmas and we will be back on Friday 2nd January 2026! Xx

We are open on Christmas Eve this year until 2pm and then will close for our break. We will reopen 2nd January.

Hi Folks, we have a position available:

Cafe Assistant. NMW. Or self-employed.
Zero hours guaranteed but will usually be around 9-15 hours. Duties to include pot washing, making drinks, serving food, taking orders, settling bills, shopping, cleaning. Must be flexible and be able to work on Tuesday and Wednesday each week after the summer and will be able to cover shifts on other days if required. Experience ideal but not necessary.
