The taste is also very much fresh lychee fruit, slightly sweet, lightly tart, totally tropical, brilliantly zesty, refreshingly crisp.
The body is light, moderate carbonation, very smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a very tasty brew, rather delicate, should go well with salads and other lighter fare. Very enjoyable, almost like fresh lychee juice”
