After catering for big occasions and special events Susan Bloom's culinary creations has always been well received. After much suggestion that she sell her famous carrot cake and lamb shawarma, the opportunity to start up a streetfood stall presented itself and thus Bloom Kitchen was born. Their outstanding, salt beef sandwich, was the original signature dish, after which came the well seasoned and tenderised lamb sharwama. The red velvet cake was not only a sight to behold, but a force of baking nature - sumptuously, sublime. However, given the various streetfood market opportunities springing up all over London, Susan took the decision to focus the Bloom Kitchen brand for the lunchtime market and lead with the dish that most excited their customers, behold, the brisket wrap or brioche. The moist, full flavoured prime beef has entered local streetfood folklore, with repeated invitations to enter competitions and festivals. Susan has her own unique way of pulling the meat so it is permanently moist with every mouthful. The secret is in the taste, unlikely to be revealed any time soon. The brisket is a popular snack in the U.S and Bloom Kitchen has taken it to the next level with Susan's special homemade choice of sauces and topping combinations.
