A friendly reminder of our fast approaching French Fete, this Bank Holiday Monday, 1st August🇫🇷

Our 17th Century venue will be transformed into a charming village-style market showcasing an array of local artisan produce stalls, French chocolatiers, local farm products and brocante delights.

Live Music, themed Children’s activities, usual Public Footpaths, French wines, out door Garden games and a fully stocked bar.

Moules-Frites (a personal favourite)
Steak Frites
French Onion Soup
Veggie Cassoulet
Charcuterie Boards
French Pastries, fresh Crepes and desserts…

Have you explored all of our grounds yet? There are so many spots perfect for settling down with a takeaway coffee and a good book, catching up with a friend, or simply finding a sunny perch and watching the world go by.

We like to call this little area ✨love island✨despite its lack of water at the moment...

If you’re heading out onto the landing strip try to stay behind the orange cones as this is an active runway. 🛫
For more of a lengthy walk, take a map off the bar or ask a member of staff to direct you to the public footpath.

Our last All you can eat BBQ until the 12th September: Tomorrow Saturday 22nd August, 6:00-8:00pm 🍔

🎙️Live music from 7:00-9:00pm on the willow lawn with outdoor garden games in the rose gardens…

What’s Included:�–Fully stacked Beef Burgers�– Loaded Hot Dogs�– Spiced Piri Piri Chicken�– Fresh Vegetable Skewers�- Fries (Rosemary and sumac available)
– A selection of home made salads which are a staple on their own (varied depending on the week): usually a mix of lentil, Curried potato salad, Beetroot, Caprese salad, Homemade slaw, roasted butternut squash and garlic.

- And any other rogue extras we’ve decided to do on the day.

Come up for seconds or even thirds and forth between the hours of 6-8pm😋

A few photos of this gorgeous humming bird hawk moth, captured by our gardener Oliver earlier this month.

With its incredibly fast wings and distinctive hovering flight, it’s easy to see how this beautiful visitor gets its name - and why it's so hard to photograph!
