Well, I am sorry we have been quiet here on the Top Wood page for some time - today's news is that we have a freezer full of our home grown hogget for sale. Hogget is the meat of sheep that are older than lambs but not yet mutton. Our small fixed flock of Sheltland and Shetland cross sheep live out all year on healthy un-sprayed pasture. The meat is very tasty. We have whole or half sheep boxes for sale for just 7.90 per kilogram. Please get in touch if you would like more info.
