🥩 NEW IN FOR SEPTEMBER – Wild by Nature’s Black Mountains Bresaola
Another rather special addition to our New for September collection at The Hereford Deli

Made from pasture-fed beef and handmade in small batches on Wild by Nature’s regenerative farm in the Black Mountains, this is a beautiful example of carefully produced British charcuterie.

Tasting notes:
🥩 Rich, concentrated beef flavour
🌿 Delicate, savoury character
✨ Tender, silky texture
🧂 Gently seasoned with a clean finish

Serve simply at room temperature with good olive oil, Parmesan and perhaps a squeeze of lemon, or make it part of a really good antipasti or charcuterie board. 🇮🇹

🫐🌿 NEW IN FOR SEPTEMBER – Wild Batch Blackberry & Rosemary Kombucha
Something rather lovely has just landed at The Hereford Deli – Wild Batch Blackberry & Rosemary Live Kombucha.

Blackberry and rosemary is such an interesting combination: juicy, dark berry flavours paired with the aromatic, herbal character of rosemary, all brought together in a refreshing live kombucha.

👅 Tasting notes:
🫐 Fruity, juicy blackberry
🌿 Fragrant rosemary
✨ Fresh, gently tangy character
🫧 Light and refreshing

Serve it properly chilled and enjoy straight from the bottle, or pour it into a nice glass with plenty of ice for something that feels a little more special.

🇮🇳 A little Michelin-star magic for your kitchen! We’re delighted to have the Gymkhana Fine Foods range at The Hereford Deli, cooking sauces, marinades and chutneys inspired by the acclaimed two Michelin-starred Gymkhana restaurant in London. The sauces are slow-cooked in small batches, bringing some seriously impressive flavours to an easy dinner at home.

There’s plenty to discover, including Butter Masala, Tikka Masala, Korma, Goan Curry, Rogan Josh and Vindaloo, alongside their Green Tikka and Classic Tandoori marinades and Peanut & Sesame Chutney. 🌶️🥥🌿
