Front of House Manager – Tomatitos Tapas & Bar, Hay-on-Wye
Tomatitos is looking for a dynamic and driven Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in the heart of Hay-on-Wye.
This is a hands-on role for someone who brings both personality and professionalism in equal measure. You’ll be the face of Tomatitos – setting the tone, leading from the front, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the front of house team
- Creating a warm, vibrant, and professional atmosphere on every shift
- Delivering consistently outstanding service to all guests
- Managing bookings, service flow, and guest experience end-to-end
- Handling feedback with confidence and care
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service

- A natural host with energy, charisma, and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
- A genuine passion for food, drink, and creating memorable experiences
