Thank you everybody for such an amazing 3 months since we opened in July!. Many new friends have been made, excellent neighbour relations & great friendships with neighbouring business / associates.
Christmas is looking RIDICULOUSLY stacked & full!!!!!.

We are going to be honest & say we have had pretty much everything thrown at us but the kitchen sink since we opened the doors!….. Adam was forced to take control of the kitchen for a considerable amount of time despite poor health, due to this, it has set him back considerably, pushing the Hotel back to next year & delaying our refurbishment of the toilets.
Function room is complete and the B**r Terrace canopy is going up Monday!.

Part and parcel of our operation and why people love The Swan at Aylestone Hill so much is that we are always very open with our customers, we like to share updates, keep them in the loop and explain whether it be positive or negative news, which we are also going to be extending to this venue.

Therefore in order to get our Pub/Restaurant where we want it to be, where we planned it from the start, for better customer satisfaction, creating better offerings & overall improvements, we will be closing the pub at our quietest period, Monday’s & Tuesday’s.
This will mean that on these 2 days we can focus on enhancing the business for our busiest periods, planning delayed renovations once and for all & spending time with our families, such as Kelly with her son Oscar & Adam with his son Jaxon-Parker.

We have got an absolutely amazing Christmas lined up, the amount of parties booked in is unreal & we are so excited to show you what we got!.
We will bring the bring the pub back to 7 days a week opening, once our improvements are made and the weather begins to improve again next year.
From next week our B**r Terrace will be complete, electric heaters are up and working, the gas heaters are ready and our Garden roof will be installed, so it’s going to be lovely and cosy & warm outside.
