As the warmer months arrive, we’re taking a moment to pause our traditional Sunday roast service in the restaurant and instead welcome you to Al’ Fresco by Carriages — our outdoor dining experience where live-fire cooking, fresh seasonal ingredients, and relaxed summer gatherings take centre stage.

Set within our beautiful outdoor space, guests can immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and aromas of our chefs at work. From dishes cooked over coal to ingredients prepared in our live-fire ovens, every plate is crafted to showcase the incredible flavours that only fire can create.
