Tomorrow (Sunday) is our last day open before we take a short break, so if you've been meaning to pop in, now's your chance!

☀️ Only 4 days left before we take a short break! ☀️

If you've been meaning to visit us, now's the time! We're open until Sunday 12th July, then we'll be taking a week's holiday, reopening on Wednesday 22nd July.

It's going to be another scorcher today, so why not cool down with proper Italian gelato ice cream? 🍦 Rumour has it we've even got Andy Burnham's best lookalike serving it all day! 😄

If ice cream isn't your thing, we've got plenty more to tempt you: 🍰 Caroline's homemade cakes (freshly baked, as always!) 🥣 Homemade soups 🥧 Homemade quiche ☕ Amazing coffee ...and lots more to enjoy in the sunshine.

🏆✨ We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Towngate Tearoom has been awarded Best Café in Hebden Bridge by Restaurant Guru for the third year running! 🥳

As if that wasn’t enough, we’ve also won Best Desserts and Best Interior. To receive these awards based entirely on customer reviews makes it even more special, and we’re so grateful to every single one of you for your support, kind words, and visits. ❤️

Today’s special is our delicious Cheese & Onion Pie, served with salad and homemade coleslaw. 🥧🥗

Plus, we have 14 homemade cakes on the counter today… and there may be even more treats appearing this week with the Heptonstall Festival will be in full swing on Saturday🍰🎶

Caroline from Towngate Tearoom will be sharing a quick tutorial on how she makes our famous Sylvia Plath's Damn Good Lemon Meringue Pie. Get ready to discover the secrets behind one of our most beloved desserts! 🍋🥧

And don't forget – this Saturday is the Heptonstall Festival! 🎉

It's a wonderful, family-friendly event filled with music, food, and activities throughout the village.
