We’re so lucky to have the finest lowland venison managed by Brad & his team on the Culden Faw Estate - so looking forward to the season starting! x

Yesterday we had the great pleasure of cooking for a special 80th birthday, the weather was glorious, planked trout, a whole jointed Tamworth hog, rosemary & garlic roast new potatoes w a host of salads topped with edible flowers.
