I’m so excited that exercise classes are back at The Brookie Bean!

This isn’t your typical Pilates class – it’s standing Pilates, so there’s no getting up and down from the floor. If that’s been something that’s put you off trying Pilates before, this could be the perfect opportunity to give it a go.

Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, balance or flexibility, you’ll be in great hands. And, of course, what better way to finish than with a delicious coffee and a slice of homemade cake? We’d love to see you there!

I’ve seen plenty of people losing layers in this weather, but I didn’t expect the Coke to join in…
