We have a couple of offices available that might help you to separate work from home and re-claim your space!
Based on The Henfield Business Park we let our offices on flexible, easy access terms. The rents are all inclusive so no nasty extra bills, etc to think about and most businesses qualify for Business Rate Relief.
We have an upstairs storage facility that may help with archive files or stock storage.
We provide tea and coffee in our communal kitchen but there is also a lovely catering trailer on site provided by Roasted and you can't miss the Truffles van when it arrives!
We currently have solicitors, soft furnishing companies, marketing agents, etc renting our spaces so lots of varied professions plus, the Business Park has many other trades and professions- it's a great location.

Hi, is there any interest in a shared office space in Henfield?
Kind of hot-desking/co-working situation.
I have an office I could set up like this if I have enough interest. Set-up would be a monthly subscription which could be flat rate or vary according to how many hours you need to use the space and would include heat, light, power, WiFi and use of shared Kitchen, etc.
Just wondering if this would be a service we can offer?

Hi, here's a little video tour of the very last of my offices that I have available. Just off our reception area, these 2 offices are joined by a central door. They can be rented individually, or as a pair together if you need a bit more space! All our offices are rented out on flexible terms for easy set-up just one months notice, the rent includes electricity, WiFi, etc. Small community of local businesses but based in the larger and well-established Henfield Business Park.
