The Cock sits aside the Great Ouse river in the quaint village of Hemingford Grey. We are Cambridgeshire Dining Pub of the Year 2017 in the Good Pub Guide and won National Pub of the Year in 2013.

Tomorrow evening, we’re bringing you some beautiful new dishes alongside a few familiar favourites. There’s something for everyone, and we can’t wait for you to try them. ✨

Cream tea and a river cruise? That sounds like a tremendous summer afternoon to us! 🚤🍰

We've teamed up with to offer a leisurely cruise along the beautiful River Great Ouse, followed by a homemade cream tea with us.

Arrive at the quay at 1.30pm, meet your skipper and set off along the river to Hemingford Grey. From there, it's a short stroll to The C**k where your cream tea will be waiting, including sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream, cakes and tea.
Afterwards, return to the river where your boat and skipper will be ready to take you back to St Ives.

Available on Thursdays throughout the summer, first cruise and cream tea next Thurdsay 19 June - do get booked in!

£38 per person. Add a glass of prosecco for £4.

Wow, Tapas Night was a blast! 🍷

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. From the live guitar music to the delicious tapas and the amazing atmosphere, it was a night to remember. Our garden was full, the restaurant was buzzing, and it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying great food, music, and company ✨
