for our "Most Southerly Fried Chicken" is from our local butchers in the village and is reared in Cornwall, prepared fresh and without any added water, the coating is our own and made on site. When in season, we have specialty burgers made from prime cuts of Ruby Red Beef reared on the Lizard Downs by Roland. Smugglers has recently gone Carbon Neutral for our hot water and heating by installing a Biomass Boiler.
