Our penultimate Sunday of the season 🥺

Overjoyed for a gorgeous weekend here in Coverack before the rain settles in for a while during the week. It may be breezy but it's BEAUTIFUL out there! 🌞

Ultimate hot choccy weather if you ask us. A day to wrap up warm and get out there to blow the cobwebs away before a cosy afternoon at home. 🍂

Ahhhh, these people 🤍 It always makes me feel a little emotional as we near the end of each season and I reflect on how hard they all work, always with such genuine kindness and hospitality to everyone that comes through our doors at the cafe. I hope they know the extent of my appreciation for them and everything they do to make the cafe what it is 🫶🏻

And it is also always a true joy to shut the doors for a day and spend time together for our annual staff party. A truly delightful day enjoying Flora and their endlessly beautiful offering, followed by an afternoon at The Bull Pen - Gift & Workshop with Jill Dunn - Artist-Printmaker-Illustrator for a lino print workshop - and may I add, Jill was absolutely brilliant and we all finished the day with a print we were all proud of!

We'll be open again tomorrow at 9am folks, see you there 🍂

🍦 Just another month until we step into winter hibernation! Last day of the season is 31st October loves, so get down before then for your last ice cream!!

🫶🏻 Just a note to say we are CLOSED on Thursday 1st October for our annual staff party and oh boy, do our team here deserve it!

Good morning folks and good luck to everyone returning to school after a gorgeously sunny summer holidays 🌞

We are starting to tip toe into autumn and we will be reducing our hours slightly from next Monday 7th, closing at 4pm each day. The question of when we close for the season has been trickling in and as always, we will be open everyday until the end of October half term (except 1st October when we shut for our staff party!) 🍂

Open until 5pm today though and it looks like things might be drying up for the weekend! Xx
