Hand built for us in Verona, Italy, our wood-fired pizza oven is at the heart of our creations. We use the finest Italian ingredients - 00 flour, homemade tomato sugo and 100 percent mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella. Our slow-rising dough is hand stretched and baked at up to 500c to create a thin and light pizza.

Huge Thank You to our loyal customers for voting for us and congratulations to our Pizzaiolos Ivano, Adam & Milan for a great achievement.

We are excited to be nominated for Italian Awards…. Please vote for Padrone Pizza for category “Scotland’s Best Pizzeria” and hopefully with your votes we will reach finalist group where we will be judged by a professional mystery diner who will decide and choose Country’s Best Pizzeria.
