Hedge End is a hive of activity but tucked away you can find a place for a sit down and some beautiful food.

Spring Tides is based on Freegrounds Road.
Next to Leaders Estate agents.

You will find a little parking out the front of the cafe, but there is parking opposite us in the car park behind the post office.
Or parking in the Budgen old car park on the crossroads.
