I even gave myself a pat on the back with this cake 🙂, I was very pleased with the sharp edges. White chocolate ganache, coloured the shade of orange that the lady requested, with fondant tiny roses and gold leaf. The lady got her own flowers to put on the top and bottom as it was a last minute cake.

So I’ve decided to dip my big toe in the water 😬 I’m taking myself off to do car boot sale to see how things go and sell.
I have been making treats, traybakes, filled cookies and other things for so long, my family and friends have all been my guinea pigs. I’m also thinking of putting treat boxes on my page for collection or free delivery within a 3 mile radius to where I live, (Heckmondwike)Fingers crossed for Sunday 🙂 I will still be doing my cakes as usual.
