My favorite ingredient. They cost 10 times as much as a normal limes but the flavour is 10 times more amazing. The zest is used in red curry, green curry, southern curry. The very sour juice goes into satay.

1 is imported from Thailand but too expensive to use regularly. I will compare it with the other 6 to see which is the best match.
